DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 September 2015. The distribution of 30.67299 cents per PropTrax TEN Security will be
comprised as follows:

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               23.38268 cents
 (No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
 holders)
 Non-residents:
 Local Dividends withholding Tax (15%)                                                  3.50740 cents
 Net dividend                                                                          19.87528 cents


 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          7.26047 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         1.08907 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                  6.17140 cents

 Interest (not subject to any withholding tax)                                           0.02984 cents

The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN securities who were recorded in the register
on 25 September 2015 and will be paid on 13 October 2015.
