DAYBROOK FISHERIES – FULFILLMENT OF CONDITIONS

Further to the announcements dated 19 May 2015, 27 May 2015, 15 June 2015 and
15 July 2015 and the circular to Oceana shareholders dated 15 June 2015 (“the
Circular”) (using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated), shareholders
are advised that all the Conditions have been fulfilled and the Transaction has
become effective.

An announcement in relation to the proposed Rights Offer, of which details were set
out in the Circular, will be made in due course.
