RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENTS


Linked unitholders of Ascension, Delta and Rebosis (collectively “the Parties”) are referred to the joint cautionary announcement
released on SENS by Delta and Rebosis on 7 February 2014, the Ascension cautionary announcement released on 17 February 2014 and
the announcement released on 25 February 2014 relating to the conclusion of a co-operation agreement between the Parties and are
advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in their linked units until a further announcement is made.
