CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF TREASURY SHARES

Shareholders are advised that on 4 June 2025 the Company cancelled and applied for the delisting of
2 868 563 N ordinary shares of no par value ("N shares") in the issued share capital of eMedia Holdings,
which N shares were held by eMedia Holdings pursuant to forfeitures of such shares by employees of
the Group and its subsidiaries when they left the employ of the eMedia group. The N shares had
previously been acquired by such employees in terms of the Group's share scheme established by The Sabido
Employee Trust (2004).

The N shares, which were held by eMedia Holdings and accounted for as treasury shares by eMedia
Holdings, have reverted to authorised but unissued N shares in the capital of eMedia Holdings.
Application has been made to the JSE for the delisting of the shares, whereafter eMedia Holdings will
have 379 058 796 N shares and 63 810 244 ordinary shares listed on the JSE.

Following the above cancellation, the Group no longer has any shares held in treasury.
