CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF KAP

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and paragraph
6.42(a) of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
the board of directors of KAP ('the Board') resolved to appoint Ms Samara Totaram ('Samara') as an
independent non-executive director of KAP, with effect from 5 May 2025. The appointment was made
pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Company.

Samara is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with diverse
experience in the areas of corporate finance, private equity, and operational and executive
management across various sectors, including financial services and education, in both the listed and
unlisted space. Samara's most recent executive position was chief financial officer of STADIO
Holdings Limited where she played an instrumental role in establishing the company and listing it on
the JSE, as well as directing the overall commercial strategy of the business. Samara has also served
on numerous boards of listed and unlisted companies, with a current directorship held at We Buy Cars
Holdings Limited.

Samara has also been appointed to the Audit & Risk committee and the Nomination Committee on
the same date.

The Board welcomes Samara and is looking forward to her valuable contribution to the growth and
development of KAP.
