Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 26 January
2024 regarding the issue price announcement, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty
Limited hereby announce the correction to units issued.
Correction to Units Issued
Satrix Quality South Africa ETF will issue an additional 8589(Eight
thousand Five hundred and Eighty Nine) securities to list on the
"Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited,
at an issue price of approximately R 8.0124 per security, to commence
trading on Wednesday, 07 February 2024.
There are 22 522 229 securities in issue prior to the issue and listing
of the additional SATRIXQUA securities. After the issue and listing
of the additional SATRIXQUA securities, there will be 22 530 818
SATRIXQUA in issue.
