CONFIRMATION OF 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TIMETABLE

Anglo American plc confirms the following dates in respect of its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
which will be held at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster,
London SW1P 3EE, and virtually via the Lumi platform on Tuesday, 19 April 2022 at 14:30 UK time.

This announcement satisfies Anglo American's obligations in accordance with JSE Listings
Requirement 18.20(f).
