APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AND NEW APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD
COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
following the retirement of Mr PL Campher from the Sun International Board on 12 May 2020,
Mr GW Dempster has been appointed as the new Lead Independent Director of the Company with effect
from 8 June 2020.

In addition to the appointment of Mr Dempster as the new Lead Independent Director of Sun International,
the following new appointments have been made to the various board committees with effect from 8 June
2020: -

1.    Mr S Sithole – Chairman of the Sun International Remuneration Committee;
2.    Mr GW Dempster -Member of the Sun International Nomination Committee;
3.    Ms SN Mabaso-Koyana – Member of the Sun International Remuneration Committee and Investment
      Committee;
4.    Ms BLM Makgabo-Fiskerstrand – Member of the Sun International Nomination Committee; and
5.    Ms ZP Zatu – Member of the Sun International Social and Ethics Committee.
