CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT: 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on 31 October
2018 (“Announcement”) in terms of which shareholders were given notice of the annual
general meeting (“Notice of AGM”).

Further to the publication of the aforementioned SENS announcement and the distribution of
the Notice of AGM, shareholders are hereby advised that it has come to the attention of the
Company that the time of the Company’s annual general meeting as contained in the Notice
of AGM and proxy form has been erroneously stated as: “to be held at 18:00” instead of “to
be held at 18:30”.

For the avoidance of doubt, the details of the AGM as stated in the Announcement are
correct and, for the avoidance of doubt are restated below:

Notice is hereby given of the annual general meeting of shareholders of Grand Parade
Investments Limited to be held at 18:30 on 12 December 2018 in the Market Hall at
GrandWest Casino, 1 Jakes Gerwel Drive, Goodwood, Cape Town, Western Cape.
