RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING



Trustco shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the circular dated 5 April 2018 (“Circular”) regarding the
disposal of a 20% interest in Legal Shield Holdings Proprietary Limited (“Disposal”).

Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held today, Tuesday 15 May 2018 (“GM”), the resolutions set
out below with regard to the Disposal were duly approved by the requisite majority of Shareholders present and
voting.

Where applicable, words and expressions in this announcement shall have the same meaning as assigned to them
in the Circular.

   Shares in issue.

   and against are represented as a percentage of the Shares voted.

All suspensive conditions to the Disposal have been meet and the Disposal has become unconditional in
accordance with its terms.
