NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING




Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual financial
statements will be posted and available on the Company's
website www.afdawn.co.za on 30 August 2013 and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were released on
SENS on 27 May 2013.


Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
African Dawn shareholders will be held at the Sterling Room –
Sasfin Head Office, 29 Scott Street, Waverley, Johannesburg on
Tuesday, 15 October 2013 at 10h30 and at any adjournment
thereof to transact the business as stated in the annual
general meeting notice being mailed to shareholders on 30
August 2013.


Record dates


The record date in terms of section 59 of the Companies Act,
71 of 2008, as amended (the “Act”), is as follows:


• Record date to receive the notice of annual general meeting:
23 August 2013
•   Last   date   to   trade   to   be   eligible   to   vote:   Friday,   27
September 2013
• Record date to be eligible to vote: Friday, 4 October 2013


Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than 10h30 on Monday 14
October 2013.
