On 30 July 2013, certain awards made to Executive Directors in 2010 under the Capital & Counties
Properties PLC Matching Share Plan vested in full following the publication of the Company’s 2013
interim results. The shares were transferred to participants for nil consideration and a number of
shares were sold, in part to meet tax and NI liabilities. The transactions are set out below:
