ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 June 2023 relating
to the results of voting at Curro’s annual general meeting of shareholders that was held on the
same day.

The announcement stated that the resolutions relating to the non-binding advisory
endorsement of Curro’s remuneration policy and the implementation report on the
remuneration policy were voted against by 31,08% and 28,35% of shareholders, respectively.

Curro hereby issues an invitation to the shareholders who voted against the said resolutions
at its annual general meeting (“Dissenting Shareholders”), to engage with the Company to
address their objections and/or concerns.

Dissenting Shareholders who voted against the mentioned resolutions are invited to submit
their objections and/or concerns in writing to the Company Secretary, Elizabeth Mpeke, by e-
mail at elizabeth.m3@curro.co.za, by no later than 17:00 on Friday 28 July 2023.

The Company will then make arrangements to engage further with Dissenting Shareholders
based on the submissions received.
