AND DIRECTORS OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, of the following transactions in respect of the company’s shares by the company secretary of the
company and directors of a major subsidiary of the company.

All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary
shares of the company (in which the persons transacting have a 100% direct and beneficial interest) and
were executed on-market on 4 October 2022. The transactions either relate to restricted or performance
shares that vested on 30 September 2022 and which were held in terms of the company’s 2012 share
plan. The shares were sold at a volume weighted average selling price of R50.2008 (high R51.23; low
R49.50) and were undertaken to rebalance investment portfolios and/or to settle the tax due on vesting:
