CHANGE TO THE BOARD – CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Adapt IT (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mrs Tiffany Dunsdon has been permanently
appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Mr Antonio Vicente’s role has changed from
Chief Strategy Officer to Chief Operating Officer, both with immediate effect.

The Board wishes Tiffany and Tony well in their respective roles and welcomes their continued contribution
to the Company.
