CHANGES TO THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information is
disclosed:

Ms Neo Violet Mokhesi has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee
and Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect 1 January 2017.

Ms Mokhesi obtained a BCom degree from the National University of Lesotho. She was a
member of the executive committee at the Industrial Development Corporation of South
Africa for 12 years and currently serves as an independent non-executive director and as
the Chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee, of Clover.
