Trading Statement in respect of the 6 months ended 31 March 2013
The board of Transaction Capital has elected to issue a voluntary trading statement in light of the
substantial difference between expected earnings per share (“EPS”) growth and earnings growth,
which more accurately reflects the underlying performance of the Group.
This difference is largely attributable to the weighted average number of shares increasing by 23.4%
to 584.1 million, as a result of the February 2012 private placements and the June 2012 IPO.
Shareholders are accordingly advised of the following expected earnings growth ranges for the 6
months ended 31 March 2013.
