DISCLOSURE OF MANAGEMENT TRANSACTION - Correction


Pursuant to Article 56 of the SIX Swiss Exchange ("SIX") listing rules and the Directive on Disclosure of Management Transactions, the Company has been notified of a trade carried out by a member of the Board of Directors in respect of the Company's shares.

The Company is required, pursuant to section 18.20(e) of the JSE Listings Requirements, to announce on SENS the equivalent information that is made publicly available on the SIX.

On 14 November 2022, the Company notified a management transaction that had been executed on 11 November 2022. The Company is now correcting an error identified in the initial notification (description of the type of transaction as a "Granting/Writing" of securities, instead of a "Sale", and identification of the "Principal terms of the financial instruments" as being those set forth in the Company's "Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) Plan", instead of the Company's A shares).

As a consequence, the Company is submitting the following revised information, which replaces the information that was initially published on 14 November 2022:
