DEALING IN CURRO SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR

Dr Chris van der Merwe, one of the founders of Curro, the previous CEO and
the current CEO of Stadio Holdings Limited (“Stadio”) the tertiary
business that was recently unbundled from Curro and separately listed on
the JSE’s main board, has opted to dispose of 200 000 Curro shares. The
rationale for the disposal is to restructure his debt portfolio and cash
flow following the recent Stadio Rights Offer in terms of which he
followed his rights.

Accordingly, in compliance with rules 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited’s
Listings Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
