regard to a possible quarterly distribution for the quarter ended 30
September 2016 by the ETF to holders of Satrix 40 securities:

Last day to trade “cum” distribution:         Tuesday, 27 September     2016
Securities trade “ex” distribution:        Wednesday, 28 September      2016
Record date:                                   Friday, 30 September     2016
Announcement of distribution amount               Friday, 7 October     2016
(if any) and the payment date will be
made on or before:

No dematerialisation or rematerialisation may take place between
Wednesday, 28 September 2016 and Friday, 30 September 2016, both
days inclusive.
