DECLARATION OF A CASH DIVIDEND
Introduction
Shareholders are hereby advised that the board of directors of the
Company have approved and declared a gross ordinary dividend of 15
cents per share payable to shareholders on Monday, 9 May 2016. The
dividend has been declared from income reserves.
The dividend will be subject to a dividend withholding tax of 15%
for all shareholders who are not exempt from or do not qualify for a
reduced rate of withholding tax. The net dividend payable to
shareholders, subject to withholding tax at a rate of 15%, amounts
to 12.75 cents per share.
As at the date of this announcement the Company has 488 805 600
ordinary shares of no par value in issue.
The Company’s tax registration number is 9037/0380/24.

Shareholders are hereby advised of the following salient dates and
times for the payment of the dividend:
