DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 September 2015. The distribution of 27.26349 cents per DivTrax Security will be comprised as
follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                           21.85064 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         3.27760 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 18.57304 cents


 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          5.41285 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         0.81193 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                  4.60092 cents


The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
25 September 2015 and will be paid on 13 October 2015.
