DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
31 March 2015. The distribution of 35.74663 cents per DivTrax Security will be comprised as follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                           19.97435 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         2.99615 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 16.97820 cents
