CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings
Requirements, the board of Afdawn wishes to advise the
following changes to the Board of directors.

Mr Christo Wiese has resigned as Lead Independent Non
Executive Director with effect from 10 June 2013. Christo
served as member of the Audit Committee and was Chairman of
the Remuneration Committee.

The board wishes to thank Mr Wiese for his valuable
contribution to the company during his tenure as Lead
Independent Non-Executive Director and wishes him well for his
future endeavours.

Wendy Luhabe has been appointed as Lead Independent Non-
executive and is also appointed as Chairperson of the
Remuneration Committee. Keet van Zyl is appointed as member of
the Audit Committee.
