LAUNCH OF SPONSORED LEVEL I ADR PROGRAMME

Clicks Group announces the launch of a non-capital raising
sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) Programme
effective 14 March 2013. Deutsche Bank has been appointed as the
depositary bank for the ADR Programme.

"Clicks Group is pleased to be launching this programme which
will provide greater flexibility to shareholders and should
increase the company’s visibility in the United States" said
Michael Fleming, Chief Financial Officer of Clicks Group.

“In the last three and a half years, Clicks Group has grown its
offshore shareholding from 12% to 60%, showing the increased
interest in the company by foreign fund managers.”
