VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT FOR DIFFERENCE IN RESPECT OF ASTORIA
SHARES

Shareholders are advised that, on 26 June and 30 June 2025, Astoria entered into a contract for difference
("CFD") in respect of 1 167 207 and 13 057 ordinary Astoria shares, respectively, for an aggregate consideration
of R7 938 574 ("the Transactions"), at the equivalent of R6.7261 per Astoria share.

The Transactions were concluded by the Company's investment manager, RECM Global Ltd, as part of its duties
of managing the Company's investment portfolio. The CFD provides the Company with economic exposure to
the movement in Astoria's share price. The investment manager is of the view that the Company's share price
is trading at a discount to the intrinsic value and as such presents a compelling investment opportunity for the
Company.
