NO CHANGE STATEMENT, 2023 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC
EMPOWERMENT ACT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
audited summarised consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2023 (“Summarised Financial Statements”) incorporating the notice of the annual general
meeting of the Company (“AGM”) (“Abridged Report”) was dispatched to Shareholders
today, 26 July 2023.

The following reports will also be available on the Company’s website,
www.frontiertransport.co.za, as from today, 26 July 2023:

1. the Abridged Report, incorporating the Summarised Financial Statements;

2. the Company’s full integrated annual report; and

3. the full audited consolidated annual financial statements of Frontier for the year ended
   31 March 2023 (“Annual Financial Statements”).

The Summarised Financial Statements and the Annual Financial Statements contain no
modifications to the reviewed provisional condensed consolidated results (“Provisional
Financial Statements”) which were published on SENS on 25 May 2023.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at 09:30 on Friday, 01 September 2023 at
Suite 801, 76 Regent Road, Sea Point, 8005, to transact the business as set out in
the notice of AGM which forms part of the Abridged Report.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of
the Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 25 August 2023, with the last
day to trade being Tuesday, 22 August 2023.

BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ACT (“THE ACT”): ANNUAL
COMPLIANCE REPORT

In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual BBBEE verification
certificate and annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act have been
published and are available on the Company’s website at www.frontiertransport.co.za.
