2023 interim results release date and presentation

Investors are advised that Investec Property Fund will release its reviewed interim financial results for the
half-year ended 30 September 2022 (interim results) on Wednesday, 16 November 2022.

The Fund will host a hybrid presentation on the interim results on the same day at 14:00 (SA time). A
question-and-answer session will be accommodated during the presentation.
