CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Fairvest is exploring an initiative to unlock value for shareholders of both Arrowhead Properties Limited
(“Arrowhead”) and Fairvest, building on separate approaches from shareholders in Arrowhead.

To this end, Fairvest is engaging, on a select basis, with certain shareholders in Arrowhead and Fairvest with
a view to acquiring Arrowhead B ordinary shares in exchange for newly issued Fairvest shares.

Implementation of any acquisitions on this basis would only take place after fulfilment of conditions, including
regulatory approvals and Fairvest shareholder approvals. Fairvest is also engaging directly with Arrowhead
regarding Fairvest’s intentions.

At this stage, Fairvest is not making a general offer to Arrowhead shareholders or any offer of Fairvest shares
to the public and the outcome of engagements with Arrowhead shareholders and Arrowhead will impact on
how Fairvest may wish to proceed.

Accordingly, Fairvest advises its shareholders to exercise caution when trading in Fairvest shares.
