DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE SHARE DIVIDEND
The directors of PSG Financial Services have declared a gross dividend of
289.26 cents per share in respect of the cumulative, non-redeemable,
non-participating preference shares for the six months ending 28 February
2021 (“the preference share dividend”). The preference share dividend is
subject to a local dividend tax rate of 20%, resulting in a net dividend
of 231.408 cents per share, unless the shareholder is exempt from paying
dividend tax or is entitled to a reduced rate in terms of the applicable
double-tax agreement. The preference share dividend will be paid from
income reserves.
The number of cumulative, non-redeemable, non-participating preference
shares in issue is 17,415,770 at the date of this declaration. The
company’s income tax reference number is 9175206714.
The following are the salient dates for the payment of the preference
share dividend:
Last day to trade cum-dividend Tuesday, 16 March 2021
Trading ex-dividend commences Wednesday, 17 March 2021
Record date Friday, 19 March 2021
Payment date Tuesday, 23 March 2021
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Wednesday, 17 March 2021 and Friday, 19 March 2021, both days inclusive.
