CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Ms Kate Holland has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from
17 October 2016. The board of directors (“the Board”) would like to thank Ms Holland for her valuable contribution in the
establishment of the Company and implementing its internal corporate governance.
The Board further announces the appointment of Mr Daniel Romburgh (Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), Financial Analysis
and Portfolio Management) as a non-executive director of the Company in place of Ms Holland. Mr Romburgh’s
appointment will come into effect upon his appointment being confirmed at the Board meeting held on 17 October 2016. Mr
Romburgh has many years experience in the management of international fund administration. He has and continues to serve
on the boards of a number of listed companies.
This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3. The Board of Astoria Investments Ltd accepts full responsibility for
