Holders of LowVolTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2016. The distribution of 20.72398 cents per LowVolTrax Security will be comprised
as follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          9.04786 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                       1.35718 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                7.69068 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               8.11135 cents
 (No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
