The Company confirms that Alistair Marks, Chief Financial Officer of Sirius Real Estate, elected to
receive 34,976 ordinary shares under the Scrip Dividend Alternative for the recent Final Dividend
paid in connection with the year ended 31 March 2015. The reference price for the scrip dividend
was 48.685c and as a result, Alistair Marks now has an interest in 3,255,953 ordinary shares
representing 0.44% of the total voting rights.

In addition, the Company confirms that Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of Sirius Real Estate,
elected to receive 6,039 ordinary shares under the same Scrip Dividend Alternative. As a result,
Andrew Coombs now has an interest in 3,518,194 ordinary shares representing 0.48% of the total
voting rights.
