POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2012, forming part of ArcelorMittal South
Africa’s annual report, will be dispatched to shareholders today.

ArcelorMittal South Africa will not be publishing an abridged report
as the annual financial statements contain no modifications to the
reviewed group results published on Wednesday 6 February 2013.
These results and the annual financial statements were audited by
ArcelorMittal South Africa’s auditors, Deloitte & Touche, whose
report is available for inspection at the Company’s registered
office.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the
company’s shareholders will be held at 09:00 on Wednesday 29 May
2013 at the Radisson Blu Sandton Hotel, Room JSE 1, 12 Floor, c/o
Rivonia Road and Daisy Street, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa,
to conduct business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting which forms part of the ArcelorMittal South Africa annual
report.

The date on which an individual must be registered as a shareholder
in the Company’s register for purposes of being entitled to attend,
participate in and vote at the meeting is Friday 24 May 2013
(meeting record date) and the last day to trade to be registered as
a shareholder in the company’s register is Friday 17 May 2013.
