CORRECTION TO STXILB UNITS ISSUED - THE SATRIX ILBI ETF (JSE Code –
STXIFL) AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX ILBI ETF (JSE Code – STXILB)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 31 January
2024 regarding the issue price announcement, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty
Limited hereby announce the correction to units issued.


Correction to units issued

Satrix ILBI ETF (STXILB) will delist 12(Twelve) securities on the
"Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited,
at an issue price of R 7.6357 per security, to commence trading on
Wednesday, 07 February 2024.

There are 61 960 785 securities in issue prior to the delisting of
the additional SATRIXILB securities. After the delisting of the
additional SATRIXILB securities, there will be 61 960 773 SATRIXILB
in issue.
