In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Omnia
has awarded Performance Forfeitable Shares to a director, the company secretary and prescribed officers of the
Company.

The awards were approved by the Omnia Remuneration and Nominations Committee and are subject to
performance conditions. The awards were made on 3 July 2023, with a vesting period of three years and clearance
to deal in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements was obtained in this regard. The Omnia shares
required to satisfy the requirements of the awards were purchased on the market at a volume weighted average
price per security of R56.94.
