Richard is a highly experienced senior executive and entrepreneur whose 35-
year career in the retail sector included serving as chief operating officer for both

years.
He spent several years as an independent consultant and entrepreneur, during

and retired as chief operating officer in 2022.
Richard is currently a non-executive director of listed property group Hyprop

significant value to our board deliberations and debate.”
The Clicks Group board will now comprise eight independent non-executive
directors and two executive directors, with 60% black and 40% female
