TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"),
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that EOH has received notification from Mianzo Asset
Management ("Mianzo") of the acquisition by Mianzo of EOH ordinary shares, such that Mianzo has
increased its holding in EOH from approximately 7.6% in aggregate (as at 13 January 2023) to 12.29%
of EOH's ordinary shares in issue

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, EOH has filed the required notice with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
