APPOINTMENT OF JOINT BUSINESS RESCUE PRACTITIONERS

Subsequent to the announcement released on SENS on 26 August 2022 relating to the commencement
of voluntary business rescue proceedings as contemplated in Chapter 6 of the Companies Act, 71 of
2008, Rebosis hereby confirms that Phahlani Lincoln Mkhombo and Jacques Du Toit have been
appointed as the joint Business Rescue Practitioners of the Company.
