The CoreShares S&P Global Dividend Aristocrats Exchange Traded Fund (“CoreShares
GlobalDivTrax”) portfolio, a portfolio in the CoreShares Index Tracker Collective Investment Scheme
("the Scheme") registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of
2002, managed by CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited ("the Manager" or
CITM”).

Cash Subscriptions
Further to the announcements released on SENS on Monday, 22 January 2018 and Tuesday, 6 February
2018, regarding the listing on the Main Board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) of the CoreShares GlobalDivTrax
securities in the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector. With effect from commencement of business on
Thursday, 22 February 2018, 5,782,240 CoreShares GlobalDivTrax securities will be issued to applicants
who made cash subscriptions and to whom LAs were issued on Friday, 16 February 2018 at a price per
security of approximately R9.67961 and at a conversion ratio of 0.10331 securities for every 1 LA issued.

Clarification notice: Rounding methodology

For the sake of clarity, the Issuer is unable to issue partial securities to participants in the book build and
accordingly applications by the CSD participants shall be rounded down to the nearest whole share or
security and the Rand balance shall be refunded.
