The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of Greenbay and
the general public that the condensed unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the
three and nine months ended 30 June 2016 have been published and can be viewed on Greenbay’s website
(www.greenbayprop.mu).

Greenbay has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
