POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT


1.    INTRODUCTION

      Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 25 February 2015 relating to the acquisition
      by Equites of the airport land property from                                     (“the transaction”).


2.    POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

      Shareholders are hereby advised that Equites has today, Thursday, 26 March 2015, posted a circular dated Thursday,
      26 March 2015 (“the circular”) to Equites shareholders, containing full details of the transaction, full financial effects of the
      transaction and incorporating a notice of general meeting (“notice”).

      A general meeting of Equites shareholders will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 28 April 2015 at the registered office of Equites
      (14th Floor, Portside Building, 4 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8000) for the purposes of considering and, if deemed fit, passing,
      with or without modification, the resolutions set out in the notice necessary to give effect to:

      -      the acquisition by Equites of the airport land property at the purchase consideration, and otherwise on the terms and
             subject to the conditions set out in the circular; and

      -      authorising any one of the directors of Equites to do all things and sign all documents required to give effect to the
             transaction.
