Grant of options under Sharesave Scheme

On 22 June 2023, the Company granted options over a total of 337,890 ordinary shares of £0.01 each
(‘the Options’) under the Bytes Technology Group Sharesave Scheme (‘the Scheme’). The Options
have been granted to participating employees under the rules of the Scheme, an HM Revenue &
Customs approved scheme introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the Company.
The Options are exercisable at a price of £3.92 per ordinary share from 1 August 2026 in accordance
with the rules of the Scheme.

The total grant of options under the Scheme in 2023, 2022 and 2021 (the previous two grants
exercisable at a price of £3.72 per ordinary share from 1 August 2025 and £4.00 per ordinary share
from 1 August 2024, respectively) represents 0.62% of the Company's existing share capital.
