On 31 March 2023 the independent Trustee of the British American Tobacco Group
Employee Trust released the following number of British American Tobacco p.l.c. 25p
ordinary shares (the “Shares”) granted to the following persons discharging managerial
responsibilities under the 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan (“2020 Award”). Subsequent sales
of shares are also set out below.
