FRACTION RATE ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SATRIX ILBI ETF (JSE Code
– STXIFL) AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX ILBI ETF (JSE Code – STXILB)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 23 January
2024 regarding the conversion rate announcement, and the issue price
announcement on Wednesday, 31 January 2024, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty
Limited hereby announce the fraction rate.

SATRIX ILBI ETF (STXIFL) investors are further advised that, they
will be paid a fractional entitlement in the instance where
fractional ETF securities cannot be issued. This will be equivalent
to the fraction each individual is entitled to based on their
individual holdings in the SATRIX ILBI ETF (STXIFL) as at record
date Friday, 02 February 2024.

The conversion ratio is 11.7690. For each STXIFL unit, an investor
will receive 11.7690 STXILB units as at market close on Monday, 22
January 2024.

The fraction rate is R7.6338 (763.38 cents) at LDT+1 less 10%. This
equates to R6.8704 (687.04 cents), which is 763.38 cents less 10%.

Example of fractional entitlement

Assuming an investor holds 10 STXIFL securities on Friday, 02
February 2024 (Record date), the investor will receive 10 x 11.7690
= 117.69 STXILB securities. This is then rounded down to 117
securities. The fraction of 0.69 securities is paid at a rate of
R6.8704 (687.04 cents).
