Shareholders are advised that Octodec will be holding a pre-close webinar on Tuesday, 24 August 2021 at
09h00 (SAST), during which Jeffrey Wapnick, Managing Director, Anthony Stein, outgoing Financial
Director, and Anabel Vieira, incoming Financial Director, will discuss the company's business activities prior
to the close of the full year ending 31 August 2021. The pre-close webinar is being hosted by Anchor
Stockbrokers.
