Further to the announcements relating to the disposal by Sun Latam SpA of its remaining 50% equity
interest in Sun Dreams S.A. to Nueva Inversiones Pacifico Sur Limitada (“Pacifico”) released on SENS
on 21 August 2020 and 30 September 2020 respectively ( the “transaction”), shareholders are advised
that the remaining conditions precedent to the transaction have now been fulfilled. Accordingly, the
transaction has become unconditional and has been implemented by the parties.
