With particular reference to the Company's obligations in respect of the secondary listing of its ordinary shares
on the JSE, please be advised that the proposed dates in respect of the Preliminary Announcement and final
dividend for the year ending 31 December 2014 are currently scheduled as follows:

Thursday 26 February                              Preliminary Announcement (to include announcement of
                                                  recommended final dividend: amount of dividend per share in
                                                  both sterling and rand; applicable exchange rate and
                                                  conversion date - 24 February 2015; plus additional applicable
                                                  information as required in respect of South Africa Dividends
                                                  Tax).

Thursday 26 February to Friday 20 March           From the commencement of trading on 26 February 2015 to
                                                  20 March 2015 (inclusive), no removal requests in either
                                                  direction between the UK main register and the South Africa
                                                  branch register will be permitted.

Friday 13 March                                   Last Day to Trade (JSE)

Monday 16 March to Friday 20 March                From the commencement of trading on 16 March 2015 to
                                                  20 March 2015 (inclusive), no transfers between the UK main
                                                  register and the South Africa branch register; no shares may
                                                  be dematerialised or rematerialised.

Monday 16 March                                   Ex-dividend date (JSE)

Thursday 19 March                                 Ex-dividend date (LSE)

Friday 20 March                                   Record date (LSE and JSE)

Wednesday 15 April                                Last date for receipt of Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)

Notes:

(1)      A recommended final dividend may be paid only after it has been approved at the Annual General
         Meeting of the Company which is scheduled for Wednesday 29 April 2015.

(2)      Any changes to the dates set out above will be notified. The dates will be restated in the Preliminary
         Announcement scheduled for Thursday 26 February 2015.
