Linked unitholders are advised that Resilient has received a notice in compliance with section 122
of the Companies Act, 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto that Fortress Income 2 Proprietary
Limited has increased its beneficial interest in Resilient’s linked units to 5.74%.
