APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In accordance with Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Frontier
Transport Holdings Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Ms Ulandy Junine Gribble as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), effective
01 October 2025.

Ms Gribble is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with more than 20
years of distinguished experience in financial leadership, corporate strategy, and
governance. Her career spans multiple sectors, including transport, petroleum, and
media. Since 2018, she has served as Finance Manager at Golden Arrow Bus Services
Proprietary Limited, where she has played a pivotal role in overseeing financial
operations within Cape Town's transport sector. She was appointed Interim CFO of
the Company on 01 September 2025.

The Board is confident that Ms Gribble's extensive strategic and financial expertise
will contribute significantly to the continued growth and success of the Frontier
Transport Holdings Limited Group.

The Board extends its congratulations to Ms Gribble on her appointment and looks
forward to her leadership in this key role.
